KBI attended Paris Blockchain Week 2026 on 15–16 April at Le Carrousel du Louvre, Paris. The event draws institutional investors, exchange operators, protocol builders, and policy voices from across the global blockchain ecosystem.

For KBI, the value of PBW is in the substance of what is being discussed — institutional adoption, digital asset infrastructure, tokenization frameworks, and where compliance fits into increasingly decentralised financial systems. These are directly relevant to the work our students and participants do through IBCOL and our BCTT track.

Jeff Yu, KBI's Chairman, attended across both days. His takeaway from the conversations:

"The 'Wild West' era of crypto is being replaced by institutional infrastructure. Whether you are an investor or a builder, the goal is the same — cut through the noise and find the partners who are actually building for the long term."

Jeff Yu, Chairman, KBI

Day 2 focused heavily on digital assets, tokenization, and the mechanics of institutional adoption. Jeff connected with voices from Gate, PwC, and Binance, among others — conversations that point to where the next generation of blockchain practitioners will need to operate.
