Working & Research Groups provide space for sustained exploration — beyond the intensity of olympiad weekends or short training cohorts. Groups may start informally and formalise over time as outputs and membership grow.

Groups across the KBI network explore areas including AI safety, generative AI governance, self-sovereign identity, cybersecurity, quantum computing, digital economics, and SDG-aligned innovation — with the Netherlands chapter contributing EU regulatory and applied-sciences perspectives.
