Participant Pathway

How it fits together

Most members move through KBI Netherlands in roughly this order — though there is no strict requirement to follow every step.

01
Join & Train
Begin with SkillSprint, ETTI, or ABC5 to build technical foundations in one or more domains.
02
Compete
Enter IBCOL, IDSOL, or IQCOL through the I2OL scheme. Top performers represent the Netherlands at international finals.
03
Get Certified
Demonstrate competence through ISFRETIC — KBI's independent certification framework, separate from training.
04
Go International
Outstanding performers may be invited to ETO Western at InHolland or to ETO global events and partner competitions worldwide.

What participants say

Placeholder testimonials below — replace with real quotes when available.

“Participating in IBCOL through KBI Netherlands gave me a much clearer sense of how blockchain systems are actually designed and evaluated — not just explained in theory.”

“The SkillSprint format was the right pace for me. Focused, technical, and honest about what you still need to learn afterwards.”

“ETO Western 2024 at InHolland was the first time I presented work to people who had actually built things in the field. That kind of feedback is hard to find anywhere else.”
